The Sparrowhawk is keen to welcome you. Enjoy our relaxed surroundings, keenly priced wines, lagers or perhaps try one of our cask ales. We aim to provide great service and food, combining pub classics with a slight French and European influence. All of our food is made in house from our burger buns to our confit duck, both established favourites with our locals!

With our children’s menu and our petite beer garden it’s not surprising we have become a firm favourite for families and dog lovers in the area.

Fresh, tasty, uncomplicated food, all made in house. Robin Priestley Head Chef and co-owner of The Sparrowhawk has created Robin’s Ready Meals comprising of some old pub favourites.  No nasty preservatives, just delicious home made food with none of the faff.
