To help make the 2017 festival an even bigger success, please get in touch here and tell us more about how you would like to help as a volunteer. To apply to have a stall in Crystal Palace Park on 17 June 2017, first of all please read the Traders Pack – you can download it here. It is essential that you read this pack first no matter what kind of stall you would like as it contains important information you need to know before making your application.
Once you have read the Traders’ Pack and have collated all of the required documentation (including insurance for all stall holders) please fill out the application form here and we will be in touch soon.
Please note: The closing date for all stall applications is 5pm on 3 March 2017.
Submit an event for the festival programme during 12 – 18 June 2017
If you would like to include an event in the What’s On Guide and the website programme during festival week (not in Crystal Palace Park) then please submit the details here – we will then be in touch to confirm your listing. NB. If you are a commercial business we will charge you a listings fee which we will send you an invoice for once we receive your application to be included in the programme.
Please note the closing date for submission of your event for the festival programme is 5pm on 31 March 2017.
Advertising in the What’s On Guide
If you are interested in advertising in the festival’s What’s On Guide then please download the advertising rate card here and contact us at email@example.com if you are interested in gaining excellent exposure for your business in 12,000 guides that will be distributed across Crystal Palace, Anerley and Penge for four weeks before the festival.
Please note you must have booked your advertising space by 5pm on 17 March 2017. Ad artwork must be received to the specifications by 5pm on 31 March 2017.
